    Lack of customer service..asking for a cake the shop assistant was too busy talking to her colleague that she didnt hear me and so after I had sat down I had to ask again...i also ordered a hot chocolate..upon receiving the hot chocolate I had ordered it was barley even luke warm, do these shop assistance have any training in hot beverages or customer assistance. Was an epic fail from the minute I walked into the shop.
